Mason and Zoe took great care of us. Rooms were nice and updated. And the free breakfast was great. They also have a nice lobby, pool and laundry rooms.
Staff was professional, polite and attentive. Hotel was clean and welcoming. We were in town for a funeral and we needed comfort. We had a very good experience.
The girls at the front desk were pros at customer service! Nice hotel and breakfast was fine. They did run out of towels in pool area which created water in halls and elevator. The hot tub was down the 2nd day which was disappointing, but overall good experience.
We stayed at an expensive Hilton in the city two nights ago and then stayed in this Best Western last night. This place beats the pants off of hotels twice as expensive! It's pretty, clean, and has very friendly staff and a good breakfast. My kids and I were grateful to stumble upon it on our road trip back to Denver :)
The staff here is very friendly. The only staff you see are the front desk and breakfast area people. To my surprise they had a yogurt machine with sides to go with it. Delicious. I hadn’t seen one of these yet. I love that they have the protein breakfast. (At least the 2 days we were there). The rooms are basic clean well kept if you stay more than a couple days you may need to ask for more shampoo and conditioner.
When i walked into my room, it smelled so nice. Like good cologne. The person at the front desk greeted me with a smile and we chatted a bit. It was just a little noisy, i believe the walls are quite thin. Overall, very nice place! Good sized rooms

My family stayed at this location for a little over two weeks. It was the best decision we could have made. The rooms were lovely, the showers were great, the pool area was very nice and we took advantage of it quite often. Breakfast changed daily and there was always plenty. The front desk staff was exceptional, we were always greeted when we walked in the front door, they made sure we were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We cannot recommend this hotel and their staff more! The staff truly deserve the best.
